Since it has been a week of COLD temperatures I did a few more workouts at home, when you wake up and its -20 with a -40 windchill it can be really hard to get to the gym. That extra hour of sleep in a nice warm bed sometimes makes all the difference!
Sunday: Off day, I was pretty sore from snowshoeing

Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt
Wednesday: Cardio and Weights
Thursday: Yoga Sculpt
Friday: Off
Saturday: The plan is to go snowshoeing again!

All of these will motivate you and make your workout so much better! And the best way to listen to them? With a pair of great sounding headbands! I currently use the Koss Headphones and was recently sent the Sol Republic Relays as well. Awesome sound and they stay in your ears. So important during my workout. I have left the gym because my iPod has died or old headphones had broken.
