Workout Wednesday!
Hello my friends, today is workout Wednesday! So with this week we’ll be focusing on ab dominal exercises. Its not an exact exercise routine but it does have some good core and abdominal exercises that will be beneficial. So for this workout wednesday I talk about my day two of starting strength round 2. After that I show the abdominal exercises that will help increase your core and help build you strong abs. lets continue with workout wednesday.
Workout Wednesday,
is our wednesday edition of showing moves & exercises that will be beneficial to our goal. Considering our goal this week was “Building Abdominals” this whole week focuses on things that can help build good abs. So for today’s workout wednesday I get some of my favorite exercises from Ab Ripper X & Ab Core Plus(from P90X,P90X+). About 7-10 total exercises and you want to aim 15-25 reps on each move. Should help you create a solid abdominal area.
Remember though, even though today is workout wednesday and our goal is to help you build abs. In order for your abdominal muscles to actually show, you need to get a low enough bodyfat percentage. In order to do that you need to do cardio exercises 5 times a week! Getting your heart rate in its training zone for 20-30 minutes and keeping it there. Will be very beneficial to you losing body fat and giving you a better chance to shower your abs. I would recommend if your losing to burn off fat around your stomach to focus on cardio first before trying to build abs through these exercises. Its your choice though!
