Gaining weight as an ectomorph isn’t always easy as everyone makes it out to seem. You’ve got to be constantly eating and having your body stay in an anabolic environment. One of the best ways of doing that is by eating 5 to 6 meals throughout the day. Always making sure to have a meal at least every 2 to 3 hours at most. I decided to make a YouTube video today showcasing an easy way to add 1000 cal to your diet automatically every day.
