Video of the Week: Warrior 1 Calf Stretch Variation

This version of Warrior 1 at the wall is a great way to stretch the muscles in the calf region of your lower legs, specifically the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles. Because of the position of your back foot this pose stretches different parts of the calf muscles than other standing yoga poses, such as classic Warrior 1 and Lunge, so doing those poses can complement this one.
