Video of the Week: Upside-Down Dynamic Dog Pose

By Ninazolotow @Yoga4HealthyAge
This upside-down version of Dynamic Dog is a great preparation for full Downward-Facing Dog. It is also an accessible variation for those who are fatigued, or have shoulder, wrist or low back pain problems that prevent them from doing the full pose at this time. This version stretches your legs, hips, and shoulders, and strengthen your core stabilizers.
