Video of the Week: Dynamic Bear Hug-Eagle Pose Arms

This dynamic sequence combines what I call "Bear Hug Arms" with the arm position from Eagle Pose (Garudasana) to create a vinyasa sequence that stretches your upper back and the sides of your shoulders and strengthens the front your chest and parts of your arms. It also requires your close attention, so it's good for your brain!
