Video: 2019 Was Really, Really Hot

In case you haven't heard, 2019 was the second hottest year on record. If there was any doubt about those numbers, NASA confirmed the findings earlier this week, while also producing the video above to help hammer home the point. In a previous post about this topic, I noted that the past five years rank as the five warmest ever since humans have been keeping records. As it turns out, 19 of the past 20 years fall into that category, offering a clear indication that something is happening to our planet. As you'll see in the video above, there is a lot to ponder in that regard.
