The organization is looking to hire a new Executive Director to help guide the day-to-day operations of the club and work directly with the EC President and other members. As many of you know the Explorers Club had a tumultuous start to the year with a public spat between members and leadership causing some issues within the organization. In the spring the members elected a new president and things seem to have calmed down some. Most members that I've heard from in recent weeks say that the club is now in a good position to move forward and that there are new opportunities for the organization and its members on the horizon. The new Executive Director will obviously play a role in leading the group forward.
