Merry Christmas Eve to all of you who celebrate. To those of you that don’t, happy plain regular ‘ol Wednesday! I’m headed out to Will‘s parent’s place for the holiday, but not before I share another fun 2014 roundup post with you all!
Today’s post is recapping my sweatiest moments of the 2014. And in case you missed the other roundups, you can find my most popular health and fitness posts of 2014 here and my most popular recipes of 2014 here.
Alright, let’s see that sweat (in no particular order of favoritism)!
#1 The Walt Disney World Marathon – This was my first marathon (hopefully not my last!) and I’ll never forget it (or the training!). Oh hey there, Mickey!
#2 The Nike Women’s Half Marathon DC – Running through a beautiful city, a PR, guys in tuxedos, and a Tiffany’s necklace. Need I say more?
#3 My First Spartan Race – Running a race with my boyfriend, conquering my fear of box jumps, and getting 2 medals. I’ll be back Spartan. I’ll be back. (Stay tuned for some exciting Spartan Race news next week!)
#4 12 Weeks to a Fit Physique – Conquering this program was one of my biggest achievements (next probably only to running my first marathon). It took a lot of dedication – but it paid off 100%. I’d recommend this program to anyone.
#5 Running with my Mom – My Mom ran her first 5k back in November and I couldn’t be more proud to have been a part of her experience. Plus, get a hold of those medals!
#6 Hiking up Mount Monadnock with Will and the mountains in Park City with blends.
#7 Creating all these great workouts! Expect a lot more of these bad boys once I get my NASM cpt!
