FACT: It’s hard to workout in the winter.
If you’re like me, you wake up when it’s still dark out. Shiz is ROUGH.
Working out after work isn’t much easier. It’s dark when you leave (was the sun ever up today?), and the second the cold chill hits you upon leaving the office, you just want to go home and snuggle up on the couch with a warm cup of whiskey tea.
It’s worse when snow or ice are involved. Then, even stepping outside for 2 seconds to get to the car to get to the gym seems like utter torture.
Well, there’s always a solution, my wish-you-were-hibernating friends! What if I told you that you could work out without leaving your comfy living room!
That’s right, you don’t have to step out into that bitter cold to get your workout on. This Snow Day Workout requires 0 equipment, minimal space, and will warm you up on the coldest of days.
