Just a quick note to let regular readers know there probably won't be much in the way of updates for the remainder of the week. I'm heading home to Iowa to visit friends and family there for a few days, so likely won't have much time to post any news.
Of course, I'll be keeping an eye on some of the bigger stories that are developing at the moment and if anything major happens, I'll be sure to share. With the spring climbing season in the Himalaya starting to get underway, the Volvo Ocean Race still going on in the Atlantic, and all kinds of other activities happening, its safe to say that there could be some news items worth taking about. But unless there is something urgent or truly massive, I'll probably hold off until next Monday to share the news.
This starts what could be a string of several consecutive weeks of travel for me. In addition to Iowa this week, I'll be headed to Sedona in Arizona next week. The following we I have a potential trip lined up as well, with another potential trip coming in early May. Of course, all of those travels should result in some interesting news and stories to share here as well, so stay tuned.
As always, thanks for reading and get outside and have a few adventures of your own this weekend.
