Hey guys! Lloyd here, sorry I’m taking so long to make this post but today I was busy! I was spending time with my girlfriend (which was great), working out & generally just being busy doing important things. I didn’t get a chance to make today’s video until 11:57PM! Still though, I managed to get it still made on ‘Thursday’!
Today’s video fouces on way we can lose belly fat. I’m highlighting the best types of food to eat that will help you to lose belly fat. There is a good 10-15 foods listed in my audio presentation(did you really think I’d make a visual video at midnight!?

So most of these foods are probably already common but when I list them all together in one video maybe you guys will think of ways in how you can incorporate ONLY these types of food in your everyday eating! Then you’ll see the belly fat shed off!
Make sure that if your wanting to lose a lot of fat in general you need to be doing cardiovascular exercise at least 5 times a WEEK. Yes, 5 times. Otherwise if you want to just eventually lose overall body fat(no specific time). Then you’ll be okay doing cardio 2-3 times a week while the other 3 days are intense strength training.
