Meet Me On Monday

Hello my Lovies,

Happy Monday!  Welcome to the 29th edition of Monday Mingle, a question answer game we play every Monday to get to know each other better.  Each week I ask 5 random questions and we all get to answer and mingle around.  I’ve been trying to come up with questions that will helps all of us with each other’s answers :) .

This week’s quote:

Those who don’t believe in magic, will never find it. ~ Roald Dahl

I personally try to look at everything with an open mind, I believe there is no need to close your self to just one belief, I think it helps us grow. Sometimes I have conversations with people about certain things ( society’s forbidden subjects things ) and  some responses that I get  are: ” Well, I don’t believe in things like that, it’s can’t possibly be real, I believe it when I see it with my own eyes. ”

I believe things don’t work the other way around, you don’t see things to believe in them, you believe first, then you see.  The law of the Universe is that it can only show us things we believe in, that’s part of the magic.

This week’s questions:

  • Have you had any interesting dreams lately?

  • What are your 3 perfect imperfections?

  • Who was your childhood idol and why?

  • What is one thing you need to work on the most in your character?

  • What is your advice on dealing with laziness?

My Answers:

Q – Have you had any interesting dreams lately?

Meet Me On Monday

My Answer:

The other day I’ve had this dream in which I was aware that I was dreaming ( like in most of my dreams, I’m always aware ), and I was able to move things and objects with my mind, and in my dream I was the only person who could do that.

The most interesting thing of all is that in our dreams we’re always able to understand that anything is possible, such as flying.  Have you ever had dreams where you are flying and you are aware that you are dreaming?  Or have you ever had a dream where you change scenes just by thinking about it?  It seems to me that we are connected to our true nature while we are a sleep, we are aware that anything is possible, yet when we wake-up we begin to doubt our selves.

Q – What are your 3 perfect imperfections?

Meet Me On Monday

My Answer:

1)  I have very small teeth, I told you guys before that when I was little I had a nick name Little Rat, because of my teeth.  But I definitely don’t want to get veneers because I like my teeth color and I’m afraid what if I’m in the middle of something important and one of those veneers falls off, LOL.  It happened to one of my friends and I thought OMG these things look like a pain in the butt.

2) I am also the queen of blackheads, and I have the most amount of blackheads on my nose than I’ve ever seen anyone have. I used to get facials all the time, and the lady that did them for me used to spend 1 hour just on my nose, she also told me that she had never seen anyone with that many black heads.

3) I have too many moles!  I got two big moles removed from my face and they left huge scars, I also have insane amount of moles all over my body.

If any of you guys have ever seen the movie Austin Powers ( 3rd one ), there is a scene where he sees a guy with a huge mole and he just can’t stop staring at it while saying – MOOOOLLLLEEE, ( this is the inside joke me and Miguel have about my moles ).

Q – Who was your childhood idol and why?

Meet me On Monday

My Answer:

This is gonna sound crazy, but I’ve never had childhood idols growing up, never. I’ve never been fascinated by celebrities when I was little, I’ve always thought it was strange that other kids had posters of celebrities in their room.

Q – What is one thing you need to work on the most in your character?

Meet me On Monday

My Answer:

I absolutely need to work on my patience, I want things now and this minute. It’s been my biggest challenge of all.

Q – What is your advice on dealing with laziness?

Meet me On Monday

My Answer:

It always depends on a situation, if I need to get things done I don’t allow my self to be lazy because if I don’t get things done I can’t sleep. But there are times where I feel like I can’t get my self to do anything, this is when I know I am overworked and I allow my self to just relax as long as I need.

Let’s Mingle!

Hugs,

Tati :)
