Look Skinnier Instantly and Improve Your Health at the Same Time.

I know you can hear your mamma now, “Quit slouching and stand up straight!” It exudes confidence and is aesthetically pleasing. Plus, no one wants to look like a slob.. At least that’s what my mamma told me.

And she was right. Plus, there are some pretty great health benefits to go along with not looking like the hunchback.

Here are some benefits for keeping that chest up and shoulders down and relaxed.

1. It makes you look thinner, confident and healthy. Your stomach is pulled in and you appear taller, which in turn will make you look skinnier. Slouching makes you appear insecure and uncomfortable, but keeping your chest up and head held high will help you exude confidence and professionalism.

2. Reduce back pain. By keeping good posture, your spine is properly aligned, thus reducing the risk of injury or back pain. Poor posture can cause imbalances in the body which can lead to joint pain, so keep those shoulders back and head held high.

3. Breathe easier. We use our diaphragm more when we aren’t hunched over which allows for proper breathing. This enables sufficient oxygen flow and allows your blood to carry that oxygen to your organs and tissues maintaining proper function.
