How to Get a (Free and Early) Review Copy of Our BookLet’s be frank, shall we? We’re looking for as many people as possible to help us get the word out about the upcoming release of our book Yoga for Healthy Aging: A Guide to Lifelong Well-Being, which has an official release date of December 12, 2017. After all, we’re committed to spreading the word that yoga is for everyone and every body, and furthermore it’s one of the best ways to foster lifelong well-being that we know of.
So if you’re interested in reviewing the book or publicizing it other ways, such as in a podcast or a newsletter, before it is officially released, you can get your hands on a free and early review copy! All you have to do is contact our publicist at Shambhala Publications:
John Spalding

Let John know that you heard about the review copies on our blog and give him an idea of what you plan to do with yours. Thanks so much!
And if you just want to pre-order the book to make sure you get your hot little hands on it the minute it comes out, you can pre-order from Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Healthy-Aging-Lifelong-Well-Being/ or if you prefer independent bookstores you can pre-order from Indie Bound at http://www.indiebound.org/book/. Shambhala also has the book available for pre-order at http://www.shambhala.com/yoga-for-healthy-aging.html (where they have mistakenly identified me as the "editor"—hopefully they'll correct that soon).
If you’re not in the US, check your own version of Amazon. We’ve heard, for example, that it’s already available for pre-order on the Japanese version of Amazon, which is very cool. And if you've found other ways to pre-order in your country, let us know!
