Hey guys! Here is some workout footage of my home workout. Todays exercises were some accessory work like biceps/deltoids etc. Overall felt pretty good but another thing is that I’ve decided to start using my weighted vest again. How long I’ll be using it for is unknown right now but I do know that it will help me promote better strength gains and ultimately hypertrophy which is what I want. I was able to do 3 sets of 10 reps+ with just my body weight and after adding my vest on my reps dropped by over 50% which is pretty huge but Its good in a sense but it allows me a lot of room for growth and progress.
