Holiday Presents, Day 1!Happy Holidays! Or Happy Last Week of December if you're not celebrating a holiday! Or Happy New Year a bit early! I'm feeling in a festive mood, so this week is going to be an entire week of presents.
Today's present is the third chapter "Yoga for Strength" from our book Yoga for Healthy Aging: A Guide to Lifelong Well-Being published by Shambhala. Along with background information about strength and aging and how to foster strength with yoga, this chapter contains four complete sequences: Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Core Strength, and Bone Strength.
