Several studies show that chemicals used as preservatives in cosmetics accumulate in human tissues, especially in areas of application. Therefore, the daily irritation of the skin under the arms makes it more sensitive breast tissue, which are fat. Regular detoxification armpits thus proves to be an excellent way to reduce your risk of breast cancer.

Now it happens that in women, most conventional cosmetic products used contain aluminum chlorohydrate, parabens, propylene glycol, triclosan and a plethora of other toxins that seep through the skin, especially in the portions of the body where they are no longer in contact; in this case the breasts and armpits.

According to the researchers, some of these chemicals, including parabens, increase the risk of breast cancer by mimicking estrogen and because of their strong accumulation. They believe that most cases of breast cancer was first developed as a hormone-dependent cancer, stage at which the growth and progression correlate with estrogen levels.

In a 2007 study, researchers tested breast samples from 17 breast cancer patients who have undergone a mastectomy. It has been found that women using antiperspirants had aluminum deposits in their external breast tissue, with the highest concentrations in the tissue closest to the axilla from the central chest.

Sweating is an important function of the body. The armpits, there is a cluster of lymph nodes secreting antigen against microbes and fighting against diseases; That is why it is essential to keep the pores (especially under your arms) unobstructed.

– 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar
– 3 drops of rosemary essential oil
– 5 drops of essential oil of coriander
– 1 tablespoon of bentonite clay

Instructions
– Mix the cider vinegar and clay in a glass bowl and add the essential oils and turn until a smooth paste.
– Spread a thin layer of this mixture in your armpits and let stand for a few minutes.
– Rinse and repeat itself every day, for clear and fresh armpits.
Drink plenty of water also to promote sweating that allows the evacuation of all toxins.

If you find this exhausting exercise, you can simply rub half a lemon under each of your armpits and leave for 15 minutes, every day, before you wash. The citric acid acts as an antibacterial and
naturally removes stains.
