Oh, Monday. Why art thou so hard to get through? While I love that thoust signifies the beginning of a grand new week, I grossly dislike the alarm clock that thou bringest upon me.
Ok, yea... I was never good at Shakespeare, but ANYWHO! We all must get through a case of the Mondays now and again, and you know what really helps? COFFEE!
I have a cup of coffee each morning, but if I'm really struggling, sometimes I'll pop into Starbucks for an extra cup in the afternoon. Sometimes, I'll get fancy and get a latte. I always think about getting something even fancier like a skinny whipped frappe caramel vanilla mocha whatever, but I just can't justify the calories and sugar that come along with those fancy drinks. That said, they do look OH SO GOOD, so I decided to make a healthier version of the famous Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino. Say hello to the Healthy Mocha Frappuccino!
This baby tastes just like the fancy mocha frapp you'd get at Starbucks. It's caffeinated. It's chocolately. It's a sweet and amazing pick-me-up, and it's totally sugar free! It's also vegan, soy and gluten-free. CAAAPPFFTTT! (That's the sound of your head exploding.)
