Not a bland or boring sandwich but one that is full of flavor and has unique ingredients. You could make it the night before and bring it for lunch or eat it on the go like we did.
Whole wheat bagel, fresh greens, avocado, goat cheese with a bit of spice and deli ham. You could change up the meat, use a different kind of bread too but the goat cheese spread is so delicious. Thick and creamy goodness!
Ham and Goat Cheese Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 Whole Wheat Bagels
- 1 ounce of goat cheese
- 2 tbsp pepitas or sunflower kernels
- Hot Sauce
- Spring Mix or Arugula
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 10-12 pieces of deli ham
Instructions
In a bowl mix goat cheese, pepitas or sunflower kernels and a few dashes to hot sauce (or to taste) with a fork.
Spread the goat cheese mixture on both sides of the bagel and top with ham, greens and avocado.
Top with the other bagel half and serve immediately or wrap and put in the fridge.
