What I ate On Wednesday

Hello my Lovies,

I hope you are having a beautiful day and thinking beautiful and positive thoughts!  This is already 16th Food Diary Wednesday and after looking through my Food Diary I realized that I eat same things most of the time, I’m quite the boring eater, that immediately gave a rise to an opposite and inspired me to go on the search of different healthy foods that I probably never heard of before.

This is where I would like to mention, that from the Spiritual perspective, this is how The Universe Evolves, through Us and our Ideas.  We are like the pioneers here on earth, we collect ideas, improve them with our thoughts and give rise the the expansion of the Bigger Consciousness ( that is why our thoughts and what we focus on is so important, because our thoughts is what causes the expansion ).  So life here in this physical reality is pretty much a Game Of Contrast. The whole thing with food, is just a tiny example of how things work on a physical level.  

Now about my day:

I had a quite the scattered day of eating today, it’s never quite the same, sometimes I eat 3 full meals, sometimes 1 meal and tons of snacks, and today I had 2 meals and some snacks.

My main two meals today were Lunch and Dinner ( I skipped breakfast, wasn’t very hungry and when I’m not hungry I don’t force my self to eat )

This new NuttZo Butter that I’ve discovered is WOW so amazing! It has Peanuts, Cashews, Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seeds, Almonds and Brazil Nuts.  I’ve also really been loving these Dried Organic Mangos, they are so heavenly!

Do you guys know of some cool healthy foods that I might not know about?  What did you guys eat today?
