Another Friday is upon us, and I know this weekend is going to be momentous. I’ll be kicking things off tomorrow with a 20-mile run, my last long run before the Philadelphia Marathon! I’ll get home, get my eat and compression on and get the apartment ready for our annual Halloween party. Woot! I’m planning a nap and lots of coffee to stay energized for the party. Then Sunday is NYC Marathon day!! Part of the course runs a block and a half away from my apartment in Brooklyn, so I’m going to go cheer on some runners!

This collection is filled with bold prints, vibrant colors and cool details that pack a fashion punch (Get it? Punch. Knockout. Laugh it up, folks.).
After perusing the whole collection, I settled on the Brogan Legging and the Katana Long Sleeve Tee

The Brogan Legging
These leggings fit perfectly. They’re just the right length, and the waistband falls in just the right place – the Goldilocks of leggings. I wore these to CrossFit and didn’t have to hike them up once despite all kinds of squatting and jumping around. The pattern is also pretty badass, and if I want to run in them, they have the handy dandy hidden waistband pocket that should be a requirement of all running bottoms.
The Katana Long Sleeve Tee
I picked this top because I figured it’d be perfect for running in the cooler weather. I love the patterned mesh cutouts that not only make this top look chic but also make it functional. It’s all about breathability, people.
