Ok… happier things! I announced on social media and through my newsletter (sign up above) awhile back that I am officially a Brick Betty Fit Professional! Well, I’m finally here to share some of the awesome apparel from Brick Betty and let you in on how you can score some for yourself!
First things first, a little background on the company:
Brick Betty was started by the lovely Amy Neighbors (who I’ve had the pleasure of chatting with over the phone). Amy has been into fitness forever and became a fitness professional at the age of 17! She always struggled as a group instructor and trainer to find active apparel that fit both her style and her personality. She believes if you are commanding a group or in a leadership position, you should always be the best dressed. Here’s a quote from Amy, herself:
When people walk into a room, they should know who the professional is by the way you are dressed and the way you present yourself. For me, while I was working in the fitness industry, I did not care for the expensive brands because they were not my style and they were not made any better than the cheaper product. It is difficult because you want to be seen as a white coat of the industry, but you can not gain that type of respect when you don’t look the part. There never has been a Rolls Royce of the active wear market, and that is what was missing. I decided I was going to create that product.
I have to say, she nailed it! This apparel is so great. Here are a few things that make all the difference:

THE BETTY SPORTS BRA
The bra is, hands down, the cutest one I own and is perfect for lifting or HIIT workouts. It has built in cups and adjustable straps and is so soft and comfortable! I can’t get over it. I have a few good sports bras, but this one is actually cute! It’s not just a solid color that presses the girls down. Plus, the back clasp helps immensely when I’m good and sweaty. Ain’t nobody got time for the sweaty sport bra wrestle.
THE WRAP BACK TANK
I’m in love. First: the color combo. Nothing beats pink and orange. It’s like the sunset… in a tank top. I will absolutely be rocking this at the gym, but I also kinda wanna wear it in everyday life. If that’s wrong, I don’t wanna be right! It’s stretchy, soft, fits like a glove. I’m about to break out in song like Ariel, “I want mooooooreeeeee.”
