Fridays are always amazing, but there’s something about Fridays in the summer that are extra amazing. Some offices offer summer Fridays. Some offices stay open and offer up “casual Fridays,” a chance to wear jeans and a blouse instead of a suit. Well, I’m lucky in that I can keep it very casual at the office every day of the year, but there’s one thing that is always off limits: Shorts!
So you bet your buns I whip them out on the weekends. Be free, legs! Be free!
I have a few summer short outfit ideas brewing, but before I can make them, I’ll have to go shopping. Here’s my latest outfit inspiration (I call it Black & White Summer) board, all built around these cute little studded denim shorts:

I love the idea of layering a crop top over a flowy, high-low shirt – and those shoes are adorable (and so inexpensive!). Also, the summer fedora – I need one in my life.
Maybe if I do well sticking to my Dopey Challenge Training, I’ll reward myself with this outfit!
