Babylover’s Starting Strength: Day 1

By Nuwave

Hi guys I just finished a round of practical programming starting strength and I heard about babylover’s so wanted to give it a try. I’ve never done barbell rows or deltoid exercises primarly before so I hope to get some good gains on this program. I’ll do my best to include videos as well.  Babylover is a person from who created a modified version of starting strength. He’s deadlifted over 700lbs and squatted over 600lbs so this man knows what hes talking about!

Current Weight: 156

I’m not sure if my starting weight for this program is too heavy but I figured if I stall I’ll reset and continue like babylover recommends. I’d rather hit my max in 2-3 weeks than waiting 3 months like in the old version

Day 1 Summary: Overall this workout was good and intense. Took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to finish but felt pretty good overall.
