The Busy Girl’s Guide To Happy Eating is a step-by-step, six-week guide to help you quickly prep breakfast and lunch for a busy week plus set aside a little time for yourself.

It’s not about counting calories or obsessing over meals. It’s about being organized and having healthy, delicious foods readily available so that you can focus on leading a healthy, happy life!

So what’s included in the guide? A lot of goodness, that’s what!

You’ll get a weekly menu, shopping list, prep guide and a leftover guide. The guide is meant for one person, so it’s perfect for busy moms and girls on-the-go who want to eat healthy meals. There are also 20 breakfast and lunch recipes (plus snack ideas) to choose from, but Shannon makes it easy by dividing them up into the 6 weeks. Don’t worry! You won’t be making 20 recipes at once!

Each week also comes with a theme to help you learn how to be your best you:

  • Week One – Self-Expression
  • Week Two – Confidence
  • Week Three – Beauty
  • Week Four – Focus
  • Week Five – Relax
  • Week Six – Celebrate

You’ll get affirmation flashcards and daily self-care activities to help you with each theme.

At the end of the six week program, you’ll be more organized with your weekday meals, eat less processed foods and have learned new activities to help you be your best you.

So why take advice from Shannon? Because home girl knows what she’s talking about and practices what she preaches. Shannon used to work 80+ hour work weeks (not including her hour+ commute each way). Needless to say, she quickly became unhappy. She began putting a little prep work into creating breakfasts and lunches to bring to work just so she could sleep a little longer each morning. On top of those 80 hour work weeks, she go engaged, bought a house, and was helping her father, who had just been diagnoses with ALS. A meltdown ensued (can you blame her?), which led her to emotional eating and finally to a therapist. Finally, she realized the importance of mental health and self-care and started to make some healthy changes. Now she’s happier and healthier than ever and is sharing the love (and knowledge) in A Busy Girl’s Guide to Happy Eating!
