Have you heard about the new type of chocolate that was created? There's white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate, and now apparently there's Ruby Chocolate. Supposedly it's pink, has a slight berry flavor and should be rolling out to different chocolate vendors over the next six to eighteen months.
Hearing this reminded me of all the yummy chocolate recipes I've created recently. I like the richness of chocolate, but of course I like making desserts that are both allergy-friendly (no gluten, dairy, soy, corn syrup or peanuts in any of these!) and not totally laden with calories, sugars and unhealthiness.
