It's National Chocolate Mint Day. Yes, that's a thing, and I'm not mad about it. Chocolate and mint is one of my favorite flavor combinations, so you know I'll be celebrating!
Not only is the combination of rich chocolate and refreshing mint SO DELICIOUS, it also packs more health benefits into each bite.
You see, chocolate is said to improve heart health, cognitive function and blood pressure. It's also rich with antioxidants.
Mint helps aid digestion and is said to help prevent memory loss and reduce depression and fatigue.
Moral of the story: chocolate + mint = AMAZING.
