Yoga is a huge part of my life and a big focus during 2013 for me. Yoga helps me de-stress, it lets me get out of my head and get a great workout. Gaiam TV invited me to check out their steaming fitness video service, I can pick the workout I want, pull out my yoga mat and do it right in my living room.
I did the Total Body Power Yoga led by Rodney Lee. It was an awesome workout! And it was easy to follow, I just put my laptop on the floor in front of my mat and did my yoga video. The dogs thought that it was their invitation to join in and I had to shoo them away quite a few times but it was nice to just throw on my workout clothes and head downstairs.

I tend to think about yoga as a workout that you must go to a studio to do, but I was sweating just as much as my normal studio class. Rodney Yee is a well known yoga instructor and he is seriously amazing to watch. My goal is to look as good as he does in his postures, granted he has about 30 years of yoga experience against my 5.
