No, I haven't forgotten about my blog. In fact, I check my account almost everyday, scrolling for blogs to read, checking for comments.
I am going through a crisis of sorts in my life at the moment.
And crises have a way of rendering someone... wordless. speechless.
I am not sure what to write.
I am pondering over the balance of being true to myself & my blog while guarding the privacy of individuals.
I am effectively... wordless.
I have missed out on my IBOTs and FFS Fridays for the past weeks.
I admire bloggers who blog through their personal circumstances.
Some of the bloggers I read blog through their divorce, or the suicide in their family, or the death of a kin.
There are always 2 sides to a coin: some lambast them for their vomitation of too much details; some identify and are endeared by the rawness of their writing.
I don't know. I am unsure.
I want to write but at the same time, I wish to guard the privacy of individuals.
I want to write but at the same time, I'm unsure if I really want to fill my blog with negativity.
Yet I do want to be true to myself.
So on this dreary Tuesday, I would like to join in my favorite IBOT linkup again.
But I don't have much to write at all.
So this is all I have to offer.
A post of uncertainty, wordlessness, ponderings about balance.
But hey, I offer my presence nonetheless.
I guess this is me saying I haven't forgotten about my blog or my lovely internet friends who have offered me much solace. This is me saying I don't know how much is good, how much is appropriate but I want to use my little energy and motivation left to join in still. I'm trying!
