Scott and I really enjoy checking out local wineries and now that we have visited most around the metro area we are heading back to a few. Wine Haven is a favorite of ours, not too far from the house and they now have a new winery.
As wines in MN have grown in popularity what started as a small hobby has turned into a full fledged business for Wine Haven. Their new space is beautiful! Meant for events or just to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine. And that was exactly what we did. Bought a bottle of their Gewürztraminer and sat on the patio. Perfect afternoon.
