Wine Wednesday Sake

By Fitnspicy @fitnspicy

Sake is relatively new beverage for me, I had it a few times and was rather indifferent about it but I was recently sent a few bottles to try and found myself really enjoying it.

Ty Ku Sake is a traditional Japanese Sake. They do make a few different types including Coconut, Silver, Black and White. A great benefit of sake is that it is gluten free! Scott loved the black, which has hints of peach and vanilla while the Coconut was my favorite.

Ty Ku is crafted from sake rice that is polished so only 55% of the grain remains, a process which removes impurities and refines taste. If you’ve never had sake before definitely give it a try!

I even made a Sake Sunrise with the Coconut version. Delicious! Not too sweet and a little bit lower in calories.
