Let’s go to France for a lovely, white wine with hints of mineral from the limestone in the area and very noticeable notes of pear and honeysuckle. I’ve had this wine a few times at Domacin (a wine bar in Stillwater) and my friend Bridget has picked up a few bottles for us to enjoy.
This is one of those must try French white wines. Usually around $20 a bottle this is the perfect sit and chat with friends kind of wine!
