While perusing my favorite hair blogs, I came across this video via Onyx Rose online. I wanted to share this with you because I  am a HUGE Jill Scott fan... and after all, she was one of  my many natural hair idols when I was deciding if I wanted to transition to wearing my natural hair. She always wore it big, and unapologetic... love it!
