Video Food Journal | Day 1

Hello Bloggy Readers,
My latest great idea is to start a video food journal. As you know I travel for work, so in order to keep myself honest, make the best possible food choices and stay connected with my personal trainer, I have decided to attempt a video journal. So what I will do is use my food journal the way I normally would and then at the end of the day record all of the awesome or not so awesome things I consumed that day. Each video will be about 30-60 seconds long and I really hope it helps me hold myself even more accountable for the choices I am making. Plus, you get see my smiling face and hear my beautiful voice! I may not post them every day, but we will see how it goes!
