Twenty-Eight Weeks

How far along? Twenty-eight weeks and six days. I'm in the third trimester now.

Baby's size? Baby is the size of an eggplant.

Baby's nickname? Baby girl and her daddy and I call her by her name.

Maternity clothes? I have like 1 non-maternity shirt that still fits. All my tshirts that I sleep in are starting to be impossible to wear. My belly sticks out of the bottom of them. Most of my clothes are maternity now.Exercise? Very little activity this week. My rib pain came back and I was in a lot of pain for the majority of the week. I did work out with my trainer once but that was it.

Sleep: Sleep was not the greatest. I'm pretty sure it's going to continue getting worse from here on out.

Best moment this week: I had two great moments this week. My thirtieth birthday. I've actually been looking forward to thirty for a long time now. And my mom found gently used baby clothes at a great price. I went through them, washed them and hung them all up. Baby girl's closet is full now! Photos below.

Miss anything? Just a good night's sleep.

Movement: Tons of movement! Which is probably why my rib pain came back this week. I've noticed that even if she isn't moving at all, when Little Big Town's Better Man comes on the radio she moves around. {I always make sure to sing along.} I love that she's already able to recognize a song. I hope she'll love music just as much as I do.

Food Cravings: I really wanted fried chicken. I've been wanting it for a while. Stephen picked me up some for my birthday dinner and it was divine!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope!

Gender: GIRL!

Symptoms: Acne has gotten better, which I'm happy about. My trouble spots have become near my ears and my neck. I rarely ever had pimples there before. Other than that, just rib pain. I'm just grateful I've had a healthy pregnancy. I really don't feel like I can complain about a little rib pain.
Wedding rings on or off? Wedding ring is always on but I only wear my engagement ring when I get dressed up and go out.

Happy or moody most of the time? Happy! Looking forward to: I'm honestly just looking forward to her being here. I want to hold her and smell her and give her lots of kisses!
