The Eyeshadows:
- Chandelier: matte cream
- Millennial: matte warm toned medium brown
- Girl's Night: matte warm deep brown

- Showgirl: pearlized bronze
- Jackpot: chocolate brown with gold micro glitter
- Pink Pearl: pearlized cool light pink
- The Strip: silvery mauve
- Follow Me: blue based purple
- Double Tap: deep reddened brown with violet sparkle
- Golden Nugget: metallic gold
- Sin City: matte black
Everything about these eyeshadows is pretty much perfect. The pigment, with the exception of one shade, is incredible. Follow Me looks beautiful, but when swatched, it leaves a bit to be desired. Overall, the texture is incredibly smooth and buttery. The only exception is Jackpot, which feels a little gritty thanks to the gold shimmer. It still wears and performs well, though. As is the case with most palettes, the metallics have the best pigment and texture. They glide right on and blend well. The mattes in this palette are great, too. They are not powdery, they have good color payoff, and they are not chalky. For instance, Millennial is an amazing transition color and even looks nice on the lid for a simple daytime look. Same goes for Girl's Night if you want to be more dramatic. And Sin City? It is definitely one of the better matte black eyeshadows I have seen. It is highly pigmented and very smooth. There is no patchiness or chalkiness that is normally associated with matte shadows.
Also, Pink Pearl and The Strip look pale in my swatches, but they look gorgeous on the eyes. And #selfie? It makes an amazing brow and inner corner highlight.

I have had no issues whatsoever with fading or creasing. The shadows look just as good at the end of the day as they do at the beginning.
Nude Beam is pretty, but I do find it a little underwhelming. However, if you are new to loose glitter, this is a great introduction. It is a nude color, so you could get away with wearing it during the day, especially as an inner corner highlight. Despite the chunks of micro-glitter, I don't have an issue with fallout.
Too Faced's Shadow Insurance and Better Than Sex mascara are cult favorites, and for good reason. Their eyeshadow primer is one of my favorites. Although I am angry with it at the moment. It kept popping out of its section in the box and now it is missing in action. I like the mascara, but I don't love it. I don't know why. It just takes a lot for a mascara to wow me. It does give my lashes nice length and volume, it just isn't as dramatic as I expected.
A lot of palettes come with little guides that give you some inspiration and tips. I can almost guarantee that you haven't seen any like this. For one thing, they used actual, real life pictures instead of drawings. Secondly, they have step by step instructions, also with actual pictures. These allow to truly see what the shadows can do. Plus that are a good size. They are about the size of a coaster, so they are small enough to travel with, but large enough to see. Each look is named after an Instagram term, as are a lot of the eyeshadows.
I even love the packaging of this palette, well, set. It is kind of a box within a box and is a little bit bulky. The packaging is a beautiful light pink with a design that looks kind of like flashing city lights. When you open the main box, a smaller one is revealed. It opens via a magnetic flap on the side. It opens like a book and you will see pictures of some of the looks that can be created. The left side contains the actual eyeshadow palette and the right side opens to reveal a tray with the mascara, primer, glitter, and glamour guides.
As you can see, it is a beautifully executed palette. I am very happy I decided to buy it and I have been using it everyday since. I would like to do an FOTD post tomorrow, but I am not sure. Something family related has come up, so my posting schedule may become more sporadic than usual. This set is available on Too Faced's website and at Ulta. I believe it is currently sold out on Too Faced, but it is still available at Ulta. It is $45, but you certainly get what you pay for.
