When this big wheel first appeared during the World Cup I always admired it from afar but was never really tempted to take a ride, putting it down to a tourist attraction etc. Until it was taken down! I suffered non-riders remorse and dismal regret (think of the majestic scenic views I missed, the photo opportunity, never-attained memories, oh why!!!) Until the day they re opened. I was happy. I safely slipped back into passivity knowing it wasn’t going anywhere after all : )
Until the Groupon deal. Life changing stuff those guys.
