Taco Bell Hot Sauce

Taco is a Mexican dish and this recipe on healthy lunch ideas gives you a new way to enjoy your lunch. Usually Mexican food are spicy and same goes for this recipe on Healthy lunch ideas but there is a small difference, it’s not a meal but in fact it’s just the name suggested its a sauce, and it is hotter than flame and spicier than any hot chilli. Taco bell hot sauce could be added to any other recipes on healthy lunch ideas and this works on any recipe. For example I added this recipe to my meal so it can improve the taste but it surprised me. I am a big fan of eating something spicy while its healthy so it doesn’t affect my health and makes me achieve by what I need. Word of advise for either all the Mexican food or spicy food lover this sauce will make you and your friends explode with spiciness while enjoying it, this recipe is available  here on healthy lunch ideas.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbls. Chili powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. Distilled white vinegar
  • 1 Tbls. Minced dried onion
  • 2 Tbls. Canned jalapeno slices
Directions:
  1. Combine the tomato paste with the water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, cornstarch, vinegar, and dried onion and stir.
  4. Chop the jalapeno slices very fine.
  5. You can use a food processor, but don’t puree.
  6. Heat the mixture to boiling.
  7. Continue to stir about 3 minutes and remove from the heat.
  8. Let the sauce stand until cool, and then put in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.
