Sunshine Smoothie with Goya Fruit Pulp

By Slimshoppin @slimshoppin

smoothie made with fruit pulp

I had forgotten about the Goya brand fruit pulps – I just saw them again at the store in the freezer section. They come in lots of flavors and are only 39 calories per 1/2 cup! I almost always have some kind of frozen fruit in my freezer, if I have any kind of berries and they aren’t eaten, I throw them in the freezer for smoothies.

What’s your favorite kind of smoothie? I am starting to make more in the mornings not only for me, but for my kids to get a nice boost of fruits and veggies. If they aren’t looking, I’ve added cucumber, avocado or spinach, flax seed or chia seeds and mixed fruits – they never know! Just blend it really well!

*If you live in the Chicago-land area – I bought these at Tony’s Finer Foods in North Riverside
