Summer Fitness Favorites

By Fitnspicy @fitnspicy

Summer is in full swing, long days, temperatures in the 80′s and it’s a great time to amp up that fitness routine. I try to be outside as much as possible, long walks with the dogs, bike rides and my normal hard core workouts. I pretty much have a workout uniform- tank, sports bra, capri’s and a good headband. It was time to add some new shorts, a coverup and an amazing workout bag to my routine.

Have you tried out Fabletics? I love it! You get great prices on workout apparel, your first outfit is $24.95. I’ve been wearing a few pair of their capri’s for months and have been loving the quality. I was browsing on their site and noticed a super cute coverup jacket and some great running shorts on VIP pricing. I feel like I’ve worn this jacket to the gym/yoga every day this week. So cute!

And with my gym bag always being incredibly full I tend to go through them quickly, I decided it was time for a high quality bag. I had been having bag envy over the Apera bags and they had their blue bags on sale for 40%  off. SOLD! I will gladly take a sale price. I’ve been using this for a week and a half and am loving it. Everything fits

:)

Finally the latest in my Summer Fitness Favorites is a great strength training resource, more than 150 exercises. If you need a really great book I highly recommend this. Nick Tumminello knows his stuff.
