Stubb’s Marinade

By Fitnspicy @fitnspicy

I’m a fan of dinners that get done quickly and don’t take a ton of work. I have a busy job, 2 dogs and a husband who works a ton. The luxury of spending hours developing recipes and photographing them in the afternoon just isn’t an option. As much as I would love unlimited sun so I could get great pictures, I live in MN and it gets dark at about 4:30 in the winter. So a few darker pictures will have to do.

I’ve been on a pork tenderloin kick and they are especially good marinated for a day and then baked with veggies. Just threw the meat in a bag, let it marinate and when you are ready to cook it cut up veggies like parsnips, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery and onion and let it slowly bake away. The veggies get great flavors and the meat stays nice and juicy.

Stubb’s sent me a few bottle of their marinade to try and I LOVE them. The pork marinade had a good kick, even enough for Scott!!
