Start Fresh Challenge

By Kwilliford @ExquisiteEczema
Okay, I am taking my New Years Resolution up a notch, or maybe about 10 notches. I just signed up for Dr. Perricone's 28 day Start Fresh challenge, which can be done at his site. And it is free. There are recipes, shopping lists and exercise tips. I have read his book "Forever Young" so I have an idea of what this will consist of as far as diet goes. Basically a lot of things I have never had, seldom eat or scared to eat. I have already cut back on my sugar and caffeine intake a good deal(I have already lost 3 pounds just eliminating soda) But this is about a lot more than diet. This challenge is also about healthier skin. All of the foods and recipes used are great for improving skin, which is my main goal for joining this challenge. I am aslo hoping this well just make me feel better since I have been really sluggish as a result of stress. And being that school is right around the corner(Monday to be exact), this challenge is going to be even more of a challenge. I am determined to stick with this and wanted to share with you guys in case anyone is interested.
I will post my "before" pictures tomorrow to keep track of my progress and do regular posts on how things are going. And if you join the challenge, let me know so we can be a source of support for each other =)
Also, I am trying out some skincare products of his that I will be reviewing in the near future. If you are interested, check out PerriconeMD's site and Facebook page for more info.
