Some Random Swatching Fun

By Kwilliford @ExquisiteEczema
I was just in my local Sephora inside JC Penney and was looking at the Stila's Smudge Crayon.  I have been wanting to pick some up, so I swatched the ones I was interested in, which ended up being six of them: Kitten, Smoke, Pink Violet, Antique, Umber and Rose.
Kitten: the popular shimmery beige that makes a great highlight color or all over shade
Smoke: smoky taupe
Pink Violet: pinky violet with shimmer
Antique: light, shimmery antique gold
Umber: dark brown with a hint of plum
 Rose: pinky gold
I ended up going with Kitten and Smoke.  I also picked up one of the new Shadow Eyez pencils from Milani in Brown Deluxe.
First impressions:
The Stila Smudge Crayons swatch really well and feel smooth.  The pigment is excellent, but I think creasing will be an issue.  As smooth as the Stila crayons are, Milani puts those to shame.  I was utterly amazing by the creaminess and pigment.  I fell asleep with the swatch on, and it is still there and has minimal fading.  I think creasing will be a lot less of an issue with this.  However, my eyes have been watering pretty badly the last few days and it seems like it has gotten worse today. I am wearing Brown Deluxe and Kitten.  I am uncertain if the products made things worse, but will be paying attention in the future.
