Sharing My Sadhana

I'm feeling a lot of energy lately and I think that I owe a lot of that to my spiritual practice (Sadhana). So I thought I'd share what it looks like right now (it does evolve and shift along with me). I don't necessarily do all of this every day, but when I do fit it all into a day, it's a pretty great day!
Morning Sadhana:
  • Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing)
  • Kundalini Yoga practice including Sat Kriya and Kirtan Kriya Meditation

Mid-day Sadhana:

  • Buddhism or Kundalini Yoga reading
  • Mantra Meditation (Guru Ram Das mantra)
  • Yin Yoga
  • Hatha Yoga

Before bed Sadhana:

  • Oracle reading and Journaling
  • Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation
  • Legs up the Wall (Viparita Karani) while listening to music that I feel connected to
  • Nadi Shodhana
