- Mantra Meditation (Guru Ram Das mantra)
- Yin Yoga
- Hatha Yoga
Before bed Sadhana:
- Oracle reading and Journaling
- Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation
- Legs up the Wall (Viparita Karani) while listening to music that I feel connected to
- Nadi Shodhana
