Sephora Collection Hot Hues Lip Balm

To put it simply, I hate this stuff.  Sephora describes it as "A moisturizing lipstick, with a sheer neon tint." Well, they got it half correct.  This product is VERY drying on me.  It is really nothing more than a bad lip stain with little color pay off.  I have the shade hot pink, which you would expect to be more vibrant than what it really is.  The texture of this is also really odd; it looks like a gel.  It feels nice and lightweight when first applied, but that feeling does not last long.  I would say 30 min (and I am being generous). The only positive things I can say about this are it was only $3.00 (it is currently on sale on Sephora's site), the color did stay on and it does not have an odd smell, which I expected for some reason.  I would give this a 1 out of 5 stars.

As you can see, it is pretty sheer. And I had to layer a lot for it to show up.
