This is the only Revlon product I have ever been excited to try. And it is much better than I had anticipated. The formula is gel based, and applies smoothly. I did not find it to be very moisturizing, but I did not find it drying either. It does behave like a stain, too. The color lasted all day. And there is an unexpected twist; there is a minty scent and a slight minty tingle. I found this to be a great and unexpected surprise. Another thing I like is the packaging. It is almost identical to the Clinique Chubby Stick, but larger. Also, no sharpening needed. Just twist the bottom. These balm stains are similar to the Chubby Sticks, but I find the Revlon version to be a little bit better. I think they are more smooth and a bit more moisturizing. The pigment is also better in the Revlon Balm Stains. I was expecting to hate this product, but I quite like it. The shade I picked up was Honey, which is a neutral, rosy pink. It comes in a total of 12 shades and there is something for everyone. I saw reds, pinks, corals and other neutrals. I picked this up at Target for $7.69, which is about half of what the Chubby Stick's cost. I really like this for the summer because it is hassle free and the color is long lasting.
