Tiger Rose is a lovely rose gold, but I wish it had more pigment. I have to layer it to get even just a hint of color. That being said, it is good for everyday wear because it gives just a subtle wash of shimmer and color. The formula is surprisingly nice. It feels very smooth and creamy, but it is a little thick. It starts off as a cream and dries pretty quickly to a powder like finish.
The top swatch is one layer and the bottom is three layers.
Because it dries down to a powder finish, I haven't experienced any creasing or fading. It is pretty easy to work with, but you have to work a little quickly to blend it before it dries down. You can use it as a highlighter, but I have not and will not use it that way. I don't see it being flattering and I don't think the formula is quite right for a highlighter. Since it has a slightly thick formula, I think it would mess up any product that was applied before it.
I'm kind of ambivalent about this product. I only use it when I am in a hurry and just want something that gives a hint of color and shimmer. Otherwise, I don't reach it for it often.
You can find this anywhere Cover Girl is sold for around $8.99. Ulta also has Cover Girl BOGO 50% off, so that would be a good chance to buy it if you are interested.
