Q Fine Fragrange Body Sprays

I received my first Q Fine Fragrance Body Spray in my June 2013 Glossybox and I’m very happy I was introduced to it. I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and sweet smell, so different from Impulse or other body sprays.

The Q body sprays are really quite different from other brands. Although they don’t look anywhere near as colourful on the supermarket shelves, they do have a sophisticated twist which gives the impression that body sprays aren’t just for kids and teens, but older people can wear them too. I like that. I also like that they aren’t ‘all-singing-and-dancing’, but instead quite understated.

Better yet, fragrance-wise they totally hit the spot for me. As someone in their mid 20s (when did that happen?!) I don’t want a body spray that smells of candy floss, but nor do I want a spray which reminds me of my grandma. The Q sprays don’t resemble either. I’ve found that all their fragrances, of which I have Awe, Radiance and Balance, have a fresh or fruity smell, with hints of flowers here and there. They’re long-lasting and I’ve been told a few times that I smell nice. That’s always pleasing to hear!

My only criticism would be the size of the cans. They are shorter and much wider than Impulse cans or other body sprays, and this means that I’m less likely to want to carry it around with me. It would be great if they were smaller or at least more narrow, but they are still nice to have at home.

My 100ml cans have lasted quite a long time. With regular use they last for a month or two, which isn’t too bad considering they are £2.29. I’ve spotted them in my local Sainsburys but nowhere else yet. I’d recommend them, especially so if you’re in the same age bracket as me.
